Abstract: The 16th CPC National Congress proposed 'overall planning of urban and rural areas', which opened the prelude to the construction of a new socialist countryside and beautiful countryside. By the 19th CPC National Congress, it was clear to comprehensively and systematically promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. At the same time of constructing the land spatial planning system, the state proposes to prepare the practical village planning of 'multi-plan integration' as an important tool and means to ensure rural revitalization, rural construction and rural governance. Yongnian District, Handan City, Hebei Province, as a traditional agricultural region, is faced with face of vast agricultural areas, large agricultural population and complex current situation problems. How to improve the practicability of village planning has become an important starting point for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Through the practice of village planning in Yongnian District, this paper focuses on the construction and content of village planning system, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of law system, policy system and action system of practical village planning.
